"Syrup's" room part 1!!!!

A couple weeks ago, Brett and I went and ordered the furniture for "Syrup's" room, and we figured that it would all come at the same time... But I guess not! I was so excited when they called and said the delivery date was last Friday...Little did I know it was only 2 of the 3 pieces. We got the changing table, and the hutch that goes on top...but NO CRIB! But it will be here soon enough! Brett could only put together 1 thing at a time anyways! So it all is working out! This is the changing table and hutch... I got the cute baskets on SUPER sale and Joann's the other day! I was so excited!*Last week Brett and I also went and ordered the chair and ottoman for the babies room! That was really fun! Other than the fact that the whole entire time we were in Rocker World, I had to pee so bad I could hardly stand it!. But, it's all done and ordered! YAY
** Sleeping for me is getting more uncomfortable every night! But now I am having trouble sleeping because "Syrup" like to be up all night, moving and shaking and keeping me awake! And during the day... he won't move at all! WHAT THE HECK!
*** We have another Dr.'s appointment on Friday! We are in the middle of week 22! So it's very exciting! I will post more pictures later!

Belly Update #2!!!!!

Alright, I know its been a while... but it has been a very busy couple of weeks around here! I went back to work on Monday, and everyone knows how that goes! And my Mom was on break from school so we had to get our time in by the pool! So, that's what I have been doing this week. I am now 21 weeks along in my pregnancy... and I feel GIGANTIC!!!

* On Sunday we went to the pool, and I thought what a great time to get some updates Belly Pictures to share with everyone!

* Funny Story... On Saturday I was at my sisters house and Reese comes over to me, and this is how the conversation went...

Reese: Aunt Britt, Can "Syrup" come out and play with me yet???

Me: Not yet, he isn't ready to come out yet.

Reese: But I want him to.

* I think Reese is ready to have another cousin to play with! She cracks me up! I just love her to death!



* I promise to be more on top of these updates from now on!

This Weekend!

Alright, so this weekend was VERY busy for us! My sister and her kids, my mom, my brother, and my best friend Carly all came to our house to help us out a little bit getting some projects done! Austin is on Spring Break so he and Brett are doing "manly" projects around here! And all of us girls wanted to get at least the paint up in "Syrup's" room before I go back to work on Monday, or who knows when that would get done! So, they all offered to come help us out!
*Saturday Morning Tyf, Mom, and Carly came down and We spent the day painting. When Brett and Austin finally got here, Tyf was on her way out the door. We made Pierogies ( Polish dumplings) for dinner and then we all watched Twilight! It was like a big sleepover! It was so good to have the help and get to hangout with my family this weekend!

Here is just an update of whats going on in the backyard... we are still waiting on the permit to start the covered patio...but Brett and Austin are in the process of putting up the retaining wall for the garden that will be in that corner of the yard! One step closer..and one project at a time!

Ultrasound!!!!!

OOOOk!!!!!! Today was the day to find out if "Syrup" was a boy... or a girl! and....
* Everything looks good and he is just the right size!!! We are sooo very excited, and we can not wait to meet him in July!

From House to Home!

Oh my goodness...Brett and I have been keeping our selves busy, trying to keep our minds off the fact that there are only 2 more days until our ultrasound!!!!! So, since we have moved it we have wanted to paint our house but the time has not been right, I guess you could say. Well, it's more like there just isn't ever enough time do what we want with the house, but we knew that we had to do it before I go back to work on Monday, or it would for sure not EVER get done! So, all day Monday that's all we did was PAINT, PAINT, and more PAINT! But, it has for sure made our house turn in to a home in 1 day and that feels AMAZING!
* The whole up stairs hall way and they "Stairwell" area is the same tan color. It for sure warms up the house! I love it!

We also painted the upstairs bathroom, and the down stairs bathroom! The white was killing me! Nothing is up in either one of the bathrooms but here is a peek at whats been going on at our house this week!

*Be sure to look on Friday afternoon...If you want to know what "Syrup" is going to be!!!! Who knows.....

**But I will post it on Friday!!!! We can not wait! I just want to know because it's eating me up that I don't know! (I think it may be eating Tyf up just a little more than me!) We have so much work to do once we do find out!!!!!!
