FINALLY!!!!!

OH MY GOODNESS!!!!
Finally, tonight I got on the phone with Tyf, and she walked me through how all these people get these dang cute backgrounds on their blogs!!! YAY! I am totally excited!

* Today I went to the Doctor, and everything is looking great! The whole time the heart monitor was on my belly you could hear "Baby Syrup" kicking! It was so funny.
The Doctor goes on to say, " Wow, He's an active one!"
HAHA Yeah especially when I lay down to sleep!
But, everything is going great! We have on more month appointment
in May! Then we start going every 2 weeks...
That means thats the arrival of our little man is just around the corner!
We are so excited!

Belly Update #3!!!!

Alright folks... it's week 26!!! can you believe it??? because we sure can't. But, it is so exciting!!!! And we can't wait! "Syrup's" room is almost finished... and when the end result is ready to be shown to you all, I will post lots and lots of pictures! In the mean time here are a couple of pictures of me as of this week...

Easter!

Easter weekend was very busy for us this year! Brett's mom, Sherri, works on Sunday's so we did that side of the family on Saturday afternoon! It was so fun to get together and see our nephews, we don't see them as much as we would like! We were so happy to see them all!

of the family, until "Syrup" is born!

On Sunday we were at my parents house! And that is always and adventure! But we love that our Mom puts up with all of our craziness! She is the best! I was over there most of the day helping with the dinner and just hanging out, Brett was working until 2:30 but was there right after work! Mom and I made ham, potatoes (Brett's absolute favorite! She made him his own dish to bring home!) corn, fruit, rolls, green beans, and lots of other yummy stuff! It was fun to spend the day with my mom and learn some of her secrets in the kitchen!

Reese and Cash had Easter baskets from the Easter Bunny at "Barbie's" house too! They were so excited to see what they got!

**Yeah, So my sister's kids don't really like their pictures taken! HAHA

My brother Austin and his best friend Rhett always seem to be bored and need something to keep themselves occupied, so Easter turned out to be a "wrestling match" . They never seem to surprise us anymore... but they do make us laugh!

Recent Project!

Alright, so normally I would not want to toot my own horn... BUT, TOOT TOOT! I made the bumpers and the quilt for "Syrup's" room yesterday! And the funny part about the whole thing is that the crib isn't even here yet! But, that's alright, i feel so accomplished now that it's finished!
* I have lots more projects for this room! I will keep everyone updated!

"Syrup's" room part 2!!!!

So, My wonderful husband has been very busy with Uncle Austin's help to put up the Crown Molding in "Syrup's" room, Austin came over to help Brett measure and all that guy stuff! I just love that it's up and it makes the room almost look finished!!!! We still haven't gotten the crib yet... it's on back order! Good thing we have until July!

* Today I am going to start on the bedding for the crib! I am sooo excited!!!!

**BASEBALL!!!!!**

Alright, So yesterday was Opening Day for the Diamond Backs!!! We were really excited to go, and just have a fun day! Brett and I met my Dad, Austin and our family friend Cindy at my parents house, we all went and rode the Lightrail from Mesa all the way through the 15 stops it takes to get to Chase Field...It was cool to see how AZ is adapting to Public Transportation! But it was not my favorite! Cindy and Bob, My Dad and Austin, and Brett and I all had different seats, but it was still fun to go together and watch batting practice before the game.

We really think that "Syrup" had fun!!! He was up and moving and kicking through the whole game! It was really funny! At least we know he will LOVE baseball just like his Dad!

We had another Doctors appointment on Friday, and everything is looking great! I have officially gained 20 pounds already!!! YIKES! I better start watching what I'm eating! And, his heartbeat is strong and he is moving a ton! As we were listening to the heartbeat with the Doctor you could hear him kicking, Brett thought that was hilarious!
We are in the middle of week 23! And can July come any faster?!?
We just want to meet Our Little Man!
