Oh how I love...

Oh how I absolutely LOVE being a Mom.
Sometimes when I am cleaning up toys for the 10th time a day, or doing TONS of laundry, or doing dishes, or watching Diego or Yo Gabba Gabba for the 4th time...You know all the normal Mom things, I start thinking how I just do not enjoy doing those things OVER and OVER again...
But, then I sit back and look at how amazing Gage is, and what a great family we have.
Then I end up getting one of those SUPER BIG SQUEEZES and a NICE WET KISS from my little man, and all that complaining and irritation is gone! I feel so blessed and am SO grateful that I am able to stay home and do the job that I so Love,
Being a Mom!
And when I really think about all the Mom things I do everyday..I LOVE those things and would not change them for anything! EVER!

Bonked!

This morning Gage got bonked in the nose/eye area...

He is a tough boy and is totally fine now...but those first 2 minutes were not fun!!!!

Rain???

Yesterday we had a pretty crazy monsoon at our house. Lots of wind and some crazy rain for about 2 hours. When the wind slowed down we took Gage outside, and he was pretty confused!
I guess that's what happens when you live in Arizona and it rarely rains!
But, once he got used to the getting wet part, he was having fun with Daddy!

Please note that ugly plant that is uprooted! Good thing we wanted to get rid of it anyways!

Reese is such an amazing help with Gage when she is around, and such an amazing Sister to Cash and Carter! She is such a sweet and loving girl!!! We have NO IDEA what we would do with out her!!!

Potty time...Already???

So, before Gage got in the bath the other day...

Starting on Sunday, Gage had a low grade fever, and when he had Tylenol it would go down, then back up again. I just figured it was due to the teething.
This went on all day Sunday, All day Monday, All day Tuesday, Then Tuesday afternoon, he started to break out in a rash. Little, red dots, not raised very much...But LOTS of them. And it just kept spreading.
We took Him to the Doctor today, and he has Roseola.
We all get it, just once, but he is not contagious now that the fever is gone.
I am so happy to have peace of mind, knowing what is wrong, and that there is NOTHING we can do to help makes me feel a tiny bit better!The rash should be totally gone in 3 days!

Florida!!!

Last week Gage and I took a very special trip with my Mom, Austin, Tyf and Carter to Florida, to see my Grandma, Mom-Mom, and my Aunt! It was so special to have us all there at the same time, and to be able to introduce Gage and Carter to their G.G. (Great-Grandma!)!!!

This trip was so worth it, and so much fun! I LOVE spending time with my siblings, they are so much fun!
