Starting on Sunday, Gage had a low grade fever, and when he had Tylenol it would go down, then back up again. I just figured it was due to the teething.
This went on all day Sunday, All day Monday, All day Tuesday, Then Tuesday afternoon, he started to break out in a rash. Little, red dots, not raised very much...But LOTS of them. And it just kept spreading.
We took Him to the Doctor today, and he has Roseola.
We all get it, just once, but he is not contagious now that the fever is gone.
I am so happy to have peace of mind, knowing what is wrong, and that there is NOTHING we can do to help makes me feel a tiny bit better!
The rash should be totally gone in 3 days!

Isnt it the worst! Owyn had that and I felt so bad for him. It looks painful.
The doctor says that the rash doesnt hurt him at all and now that the fever is gone he should be fine...maybe a little grouchy, but thats it!
